Following her discovery on D’Angelo’s debut album, Angie Stone rose to fame as our own Soul Sister. In this track she shows love to the O’Jays’ by sampling their single “Back Stabbers”. This single is off of Angie’s second cd , Mahogany Soul that was released in 2001. Angie’s lastest album is titled Unexpected(2009).
